- Underwriting expertise for major retail products. Have managed team size of more than 100 credit managers wherein sizeable number was of CAsĀ
- Established hindsighting unit for first time in Kotak with an intent to control quality of underwriting and to keep constant check on underwriters
- Was part of various digital projects in Kotak and Reliance which included Digital lending platform, PDD management system, Automation of CAM, Evaluation of LOS system, etc.Ā
- Was a key team member which evaluated and acquired Barclays BIL portfolio in KotakĀ
